DeepMerip: Denoising Low-Depth MeRIP-seq
A multi-task CNN that denoises MeRIP-seq signals from low sequencing depth and calls m6A modification peaks.
MeRIP-seq maps m6A RNA modifications, but deep sequencing is expensive. DeepMerip learns to recover clean signal from low-depth data, so peaks can be called reliably at a fraction of the sequencing cost.
